Wendy Moza brings over 21 years of combined experience in commercial and residential property management to her role as Managing Partner of Southern Asset Partners. Her career reflects a deep commitment to exceeding client expectations, meeting tenant
needs, and managing property portfolios with precision. Wendy is known for her strategic marketing initiatives, her ability to optimize property income potential, and her hands-on approach to managing portfolio finances.

Wendy has managed diverse portfolios across retail, office, industrial, and flex spaces, totaling over 8 million square feet. In her current role as Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc., she manages a vast portfolio while handling finances, vendor relationships, capital projects, and lease negotiations. Wendy is deeply involved in new store development, working closely with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, and construction to bring new locations from concept to completion.

Prior to Haverty Furniture Companies, Wendy served as Real Estate Manager at CBRE, where she oversaw a 1.5 million square foot retail portfolio, ensuring smooth operations and consistent tenant satisfaction. She has also held significant roles in corporate property management and senior property management at Kingston Commercial Real Estate and Greystar Investment Group.

Her extensive skill set includes proficiency in financial management software such as Yardi,
MRI, and CoStar, as well as her strong abilities in lease negotiation, interpersonal
communication, and HR administration. Wendy has earned multiple honors throughout her career, including Volunteer of the Year from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Associate of the Year in 2023.
